* I declare that the three members of the team agreed to take part of this Challenge, accepted terms and conditions described below and agreed to My Virtual Mission terms and conditions.
* I understand and agree that I am required to join with My Virtual Mission and I will try to assist my team member to sign up prior to commencement of the Challenge. Interestelar may need to register the members of the team to My Virtual mission if assistance is needed.
*I hereby give consent for my images submitted to the app during the twalking challenge to be used in the Interestelar website, newsletter email, social media, in printed materials for Interestelar or Twalking promotion only.
*I understand that the Interestelar Website and social media posts can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United kingdom where UK law applied.
*I give permission to email information to the members of the team about the event and future events until for six months. I may unsubscribe at any time contacting Interestelar.
* I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in this activity and are competent to do so.
* I confirm that I understand the nature and type of events/practice and the risk inherent with it and agree to accept the same notwithstanding that such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisers, the landowners and/or officials.
* I further agree that I shall not seek to claim against the organiser, their organisers, servants or agents, the promoter or any other bodies or individuals connected with the events in respect of any damages to my property, irrespective of how the damage is caused, and if caused by the negligence or breach of statutory duty of the said bodies and persons.
* I undertake to inform the organisers immediately should any change in my condition which I have reason to or ought to have reason to believe would affect my ability to continue to participate in this activity.

*Doy mi consentimiento para que mis imágenes enviadas a MVM, durante el Twalking Challenge, se utilicen en la web de Interestelar, el correo electrónico del boletín informativo o blog, sus redes sociales y en materiales impresos para la promoción de Interestelar o los Twalking Challenges únicamente.
*Entiendo que la web de Interestelar y las publicaciones en las redes sociales se pueden ver en todo el mundo y no solo en Europa, donde se aplica la ley europea.
*Doy permiso para que los miembros del equipo puedan recibir información sobre este evento y eventos futuros, durante seis meses. Entiendo que puedo darme de baja en cualquier momento contactando con Interestelar.
* Confirmo que estoy física y mentalmente en condiciones de participar en esta actividad y soy competentes para hacerlo.
* Confirmo que entiendo la naturaleza y el tipo de evento, y asumo el riesgo inherente a esta actividad. Lo acepto a pesar de que tales riesgos pudieran implicar negligencia por parte de los organizadores, promotores y/o funcionarios.
* Además, acepto que no trataré de reclamar contra sus organizadores, funcionarios o agentes, promotores o cualquier otro organismo o persona relacionada con Interestelar Challenge con respecto a cualquier daño a mi propiedad o persona, independientemente de cómo se cause el daño, y si es causado por la negligencia o incumplimiento del deber legal de dichos organismos y personas.
* Me comprometo a informar a los organizadores inmediatamente si cualquier cambio en mi condición física o mental no me permitiera seguir participando en esta actividad.
